Mr. Raymond Lam is a supervisor of community services at New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. He is a registered occupational therapist and has worked in different services at the Association, including halfway house, community mental health intervention project and integrated community centre for mental wellness, with over 15 years of clinical, administrative and management experience. He has participated in the service transformation and implementation of services from recovery to well-being since 2009.
