Ms Mok is the Department Operations Manager of the Hong Kong Children's Hospital. She has 23 years of nursing experiences and was the selected candidate of HA overseas training program on clinical leadership training at the University of California San Diego; She is an Accredited Mediator and a Simulation Training Instructor.
She has advised and coached senior and middle management on critical personnel issues and leadership skills, including HA Management 202 and Management 303 on applied mediation in healthcare. Ms Mok has presented technical papers at numerous professional conferences at various corporate and public occasions.
