Dr. Victor Chan is currently a Resident in the Department of Radiology at Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the National University of Singapore in 2008. After completing military training as a Medical Officer and Captain in the Singapore Armed Forces, Dr. Chan obtained the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Hong Kong and commenced his radiology training at Queen Mary Hospital. He obtained his Fellowship with the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR, UK) in 2017. His subspecialty interests include Breast and Cardiovascular Imaging. Dr. Chan is passionate in research and academia, and has authored more than 10 peer-reviewed papers, and presented over 20 oral scientific papers and poster exhibits in local and international conferences. He has also received several prizes, including the Young Investigator Award in 2019 (Global Breast Cancer Conference, Seoul, Korea) and the Best Scientific Presentation Award in 2018 (Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging Congress, Beijing, China). Dr. Chan wishes to utilize the technological advancements of radiology to further enhance patient care and clinical services.
