Ms. Rosalia Lee

Ms. Rosalia Lee is a senior Occupational Therapist, who specialized in work rehabilitation and Patient Retraining and Vocational Resettlement Service, since she joined Queen Elizabeth Hospital in 1995. With MSc in Vocational Rehabilitation and more than 20 years of experience, she provides a comprehensive spectrum of work rehabilitation services including work capacity evaluation, work hardening training, psychosocial intervention, work resettlement program and ergonomic/OSH consultation services. She has been involved in KCC Occupational Medicine Service for the Return-to-Work program for HA injured staff since 2007; as well as for the Occupational Health Clinic for the work injured civil servants. Her specialization is in work injury management, especially in the psycho-social aspect of the injured workers by offering occupational lifestyle redesign programs for them. Rosalia also has vast experience of helping injured workers or patients with chronic illnesses to resettle into new job through the Patient Retraining and Vocational Resettlement Service which is collaborated with the Employee Retraining Board. Rosalia has particular interest in ergonomics in which she won the award of the Hong Kong Ergonomics Society Outstanding Ergonomics Practitioner in 2013 for her innovative invention of assistive prototypes for the dental hygiene instruments used by local dental therapists. Currently, Rosalia is one of the active members for the Work Rehabilitation Specialty Group of the OTCOC.
