After graduation from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2008, I have been working as Registered Nurse in Princess Margaret Hospital for 10 years. In 2012, I obtained my Master degree in Prehospital and Emergency Care in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. I have been working in Accident and Emergency Department for 7 years and completed my specialty training in Emergency Nursing in 2015. I am now a trainee in Extended Emergency Nursing Service responsible for managing patients with minor injuries.

I was nominated as Department Representative in Princess Margaret Hospital Nursing Research-Evidence Based Practice Subcommittee since 2016, and Project Advisor for Post-registration Certificate Course in Emergency Nursing since 2017. In 2013 and 2014, I published 2 journals about non-invasive hemodynamic measurement in Physiological Report and European Journal of Emergency Medicine.

Besides, I also participated in various Continuous Quality Improvement projects including fall prevention and enhancement of medication safety. And I am now one of the members in Accident & Emergency Department Workflow Revamp Group in Princess Margaret Hospital.
