After completion my general nursing in 1990 and midwifery in 1991, I started my working life in nursing. I have been working as a Registered Nurse from 1991 to 1997 and as a Nursing Officer from 1997 to 2008 in A&E Department, United Christian Hospital. In December 2008, I changed my post to work as a Senior Manager in Patient Relation Team, United Christian Hospital to present. I am responsible for handling patient complaint, assistance, sensitive incidents and conflict cases in hospital. My working life is full of challenge not only in the A&E Department, also in the Patient Relations Team. I really enjoy working as a Patient Relations officer to help the patients and their family members.
