Dr. Leung joined the A&E Department of PMH in 2000 and became a specialist in EM in 2006. Dr. Leung has been a core member of various quality improvement projects of his department. Dr. Leung is a member of Geriatric EM Subcommittee and EM Extended Care Subcommittee of the Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Leung is a trainer and examiner of the HK College of Emergency Medicine, council member of the HK Society for Emergency Medicine and Surgery, Chairperson of Board of Publication of St. John Ambulance Association, Member of First Aid Advisory Committee of HK Red Cross, and member of research ethics committee of KWC.
